Tickets, Booking & Payment

Tickets launch on 1 August 2026.

Standard Entry – £35
Entry from 11:30am–7:00pm.

Accessibility Ticket – £35
Entry from 11:30am–7:00pm
• One free carer ticket
• Separate entry queue
• Video walkthrough of the venue
• Option to upgrade to VIP later

VIP Ticket – £35
Entry from 10:00am–7:00pm
• Early workshop booking
• One craft session
• Swag bag (retail value over £50)

Eventbrite

Eventbrite provides the ticketing platform for our event. They are not the seller of tickets. Lost in Pages Events remains responsible for the event itself. Eventbrite shares your registration details with us for event management.

Refunds & Transfers

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organisers.

If the event is postponed, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date.

If a replacement date cannot be arranged, a refund will be issued.

We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, parking or other expenses.

If cancellation occurs due to circumstances beyond our control, tickets remain valid for the rescheduled event.

Conduct

We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment, discrimination, verbal abuse, physical abuse or intimidation. Anyone removed from the event for unacceptable behaviour will not receive a refund.

Data Protection

By purchasing a ticket you consent to us securely storing your information for event administration, correspondence and promotional communications.

Your direct contact details will never be shared outside the event management team.

Attendance grants permission for photography and videography to be used for promotional purposes.

Age Restrictions

This is a 16+ event. Vendors have been asked to clearly identify any 18+ content.

Liability & Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for following venue rules, fire safety procedures and emergency instructions.

Lost in Pages Events cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen belongings, although we will assist wherever possible.

All exhibitors are encouraged to hold Public Liability Insurance.

Complaints & Compliments

We aim to respond to all complaints and compliments received by email within 14 days.
